If you have lost your password or received a new domain and website with a temporary password from our support staff, you can access your website's webmail server by visiting www.<yourdomain.com>/webmail (for example www.bidweb.co.za/webmail).
Enter your full email address and the temporary password provided by support to log in successfully.
Once logged in, your email address will be displayed in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select your email address to access a dropdown menu, and click on "Password and Security" to create a new password.
It's important to remember to write down your new password and store it securely.
Additionally, if your new password is different from the password you use on your phone or other email clients such as Outlook, be sure to update those passwords as well.
